What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, selected service or support topic, and any project details you choose to provide. We also record which page the form was submitted from. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver your project. Specifically we may:

• Contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry.
• Create a record in our customer relationship management system so our team can follow up.
• Send project updates, schedules and deliverables.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS and automated calls

The consent checkbox on our contact form is optional and is never pre-ticked. If you tick it, you agree to receive SMS notifications, alerts and occasional marketing messages from Anonymous Media LLC, which may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Declining consent does not stop us replying to your enquiry by the other means you provided.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run our business — including a CRM and communications platform, our website host, and video hosting for the work shown on this site. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it. Video players on this site are loaded only after you click play.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you play an embedded video, the video provider may set its own cookies at that point.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Footage and likeness

Anything we film for you is covered by your project agreement, not this policy. Where we would like to show your project in our portfolio, we ask first.
