These terms apply to your use of this website. By browsing the site or submitting a form you agree to them. They do not replace the production agreement that governs any project we take on for you — that document controls the work itself.

Packages and pricing

The packages described on this site are starting points, not offers capable of acceptance. Inclusions, crew, equipment and turnaround are confirmed in a written quote or production agreement before any booking is held. Where no price is listed, the scope is quoted per project.

Bookings

A shoot date is held only once confirmed in writing by us. Deposits, cancellation windows, reschedule terms and delivery timelines are set out in your production agreement.

Our work on this site

All films, photographs, footage and written material on this site are owned by Anonymous Media LLC or by the clients who commissioned them, and are shown with permission. You may not copy, re-upload, or reuse them without written consent.

Rights in your project

Usage rights, licensing and ownership of the material we produce for you are agreed in writing per project. We generally retain the right to show completed work in our portfolio, and we ask before publishing anything sensitive.

Third-party links

This site links to other sites in our ecosystem and to video platforms. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of sites we do not operate.

No warranty on site content

We keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as-is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a written quote or agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
